Imestone/gypsum wet desulfurization technology is one of the desulfurization processes with the widest application scale,the highest technical maturity and the lowest production and operation cost.As the core component of the desulfurization system,the circulating slurry pump undertakes the task of transporting corrosive lime slurry to the spray tower.Its service environment is harsh,corrosion,cavitation,erosion and mutual synergy make the slurry pump wear.The problem is very serious.In view of the serious wear and tear of the slurry pump and the short service period,different protection statuses have been used at home and abroad.Among them,the use of wear-resistant repair materials can significantly improve the wear resistance of the pump body,extend the service life of the slurry pump,and reduce the operating cost of the power plant,which is considered to be an effective solution.In this paper,the epoxy resin-based composite materials developed by the laboratory are adjusted by the curing process.At the same time,based on the existing data,the ratio of the wear-resistant repair materials is improved.Firstly,the wear failure mechanism of the slurry pump is analyzed and analyzed:corrosion wear,cavitation wear,erosion wear,and cavitation and erosion synergistic wear.At the same time,with reference to the performance index of a high-performance anti-wear coating product on the market,the "bending strength,compressive strength,iMPact strength,Rockwell hardness and bond strength" were determined as the wear resistance of the composite.Sex indicators,while using“wear”as a reference standard to measure the gap between experimental research materials and mature products.Firstly,the DSC method was used to scan the material solidification process,and the curing reaction kinetics model was established.The reaction was determined to be an autocatalytic model,which can effectively predict the relationship between curing degree and temperature,reaction rate and reaction activation energy.The curing reaction was determined by extrapolation.The characteristic temperature determines the curing process temperature during the actual use of the material.Secondly,by adjusting the solid content and orthogonal test of the coupling agent,toughening agent and curing agent,the variation of material properties with these influencing factors was studied,and the best ratio was obtained:E44:E51:PU:KH550:HT160:SiC:Al2O3:SiO2=7.59%:7.59%:1.52%:1.52%:5.77%:65.52%:10.48%:0.6%,at this time,the compressive strength of the composite is 44.37MPa,bending strength It is 93.40MPa,the bond strength is 7.79MPa,the Rockwell hardness is R65,and the iMPact strength is 60.17J/m.
