Water resources are the key resources related to national economy and people's livelihood. With the development of society and economy, the phenomenon of water pollution is becoming more and more serious in our country. At the same time,we are facing a severe shortage of water resources.Regeneration and reuse of urban sewage can not only solve the problem of sewage treatment to a certain extent, but also relieve the pressure of water shortage from a long-term perspective, which is in line with the strategic goal of sustainable development and has obvious social and economic benefits. At present, abundant achievements have been made in the research of urban wastewater reclamation and reuse, but there are still some shortcomings in the analysis and prediction of the demand for urban reclaimed water, which affect the long-term planning of urban reclaimed water system;the indicators and methods for judging the treatment mode of wastewater reclamation and reuse are not scientific enough, resulting in the confusion of the layout of wastewater reclaimed and reuse facilities;the allocation scheme of reclaimed water is not reasonable enough, and The allocation cost of reclaimed water is high and the water supply efficiency is low.Aiming at the above problems, this paper firstly analyses the demand of reclaimed water from the aspects of water quality requirements, main uses and influencing factors of urban reclaimed water, establishes the demand analysis model of reclaimed water, and at the same time constructs the adaptive GM(1,1)model of initial conditions and background values combined optimization to forecast the demand of reclaimed water in short term,so as to improve the demand analysis and prediction of urban reclaimed water. It provides a set of scientific and effective methods. Then, based on the criterion of minimizing the cost of reclaimed water supply,a discriminant distance decision-making model is constructed, which provides a scientific and reasonable decision-making method for the selection of wastewater reclamation and reuse treatment mode, thus providing a theoretical basis for the layout planning and configuration optimization of reclaimed water system. Finally,an important index affecting the allocation of reclaimed water is selected, and its weight is determined by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Then,a grey distance coupling correlation degree evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate and optimize the allocation scheme of reclaimed water. The feasibility and practicability of the research results are verified by case study and feedback and revision of the method proposed in this paper.
