| In this study,Anhui Province,which is a pillar industry of the second industry,is used as an example.The multi-year statistics of Anhui Province are used as data sources.The gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate the integration degree of Anhui Province’s production city,understand the basic situation of Anhui’s production city integration and analyze the influencing factors;Using the optimized data envelopment model(DEA)to evaluate the environmental sustainability in Anhui Province and analyze the impact;combined with the results of the integration of production-city,reveal the impact of the development of production-city integration on the efficiency of environmental sustainability,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The optimized DPSIR-DEA model can comprehensively cover relevant indicators,fully analyze and reflect environmental problems and their interaction with social and economic development,besides,it can objectively and accurately calculate the environmental sustainability efficiency by improving the output of each decision-making unit under natural disposition and taking into account the environmental performance under management and disposal,The use of this method to study Environmental sustainability is feasible through analyzing the case of Anhui Province.(2)Applying the gray correlation analysis method to calculate the degree of production-city integration,the results show that from the time series,between 2008 and 2016,the degree of production-city integration in Anhui Province showed a significant upward trend,rising from 0.660 to 0.887.The degree of the production-city integration was affected by various factors,and the key factor was the economy development level,production city integration is positively correlated with economic level;from the spatial sequence,the order of the fusion of 16 cities in Anhui Province in2016 is: Hefei > Huangshan > Wuhu > Maanshan > Bozhou > Suzhou > Fuyang >Bengbu > Anqing > Lu’an > Xuancheng > Chuzhou > Huaibei > Tongling > Chizhou >Huainan,Anhui Province is too concentrated in the provincial capital city of Hefei in terms of resource allocation,industrial development,and public infrastructure construction.It has not coordinated the coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization in other cities.(3)Using the optimized data envelopment model(DEA)to conduct an empirical analysis of the case province of Anhui Province,the results show that,from a timeseries perspective,the overall level of environment sustainable efficiency in Anhui Province from 2008 to 2016 is low,in which the expected output has the greatest impact on the efficiency of environmental sustainability,while the secondary industry accounts for the highest contribution to the expected output,so the secondary industry(industrial structure)plays a key role in environmental sustainable development efficiency;From the perspective of spatial sequence,the environmental sustainability efficiency of 16 cities is ranked as follows: Huangshan > Bozhou > Chizhou > Fuyang > Anqing >Chuzhou > Xuancheng > Huaibei > Wuhu > Lu’an > Suzhou > Bengbu > Hefei >Tongling > Huainan >Maanshan,the regional level of environmental sustainable development efficiency in Anhui Province is quite different,and the development is unbalanced.The overall efficiency is characterized by the distribution of high in the north,low in the north,and the surrounding is high and middle is low.(4)Compared and analyzed the over all industrial-city integration degree and environmental sustainable development efficiency in Anhui Province,The integration of production and city in Anhui Province is not conducive to environmental sustainable development;the efficiency of environmental sustainable development is negatively correlated with the proportion of secondary industry.The development of secondary industry has promoted the integration of production city and affected the sustainable development of the environment.This paper believes that the impact of the integration of production and city on environmental sustainability depends on the industrial structure. |
