Over-winding,jamming and rope breaking are the main accidents affecting the safety of hoisting operation,and overload is one of the important reasons causing the above accidents.Therefore,the "Coal Safety Regulations" also put forward relevant requirements for hoist overload.At present,it is difficult to obtain the load accurately and quickly in the loading stage.The theory of wire rope tension acquisition in the lifting stage is still to be studied.At the same time,the hardware processing capability is also required.The existing load monitoring device has a small processing capacity,most of the processing functions are implemented on the upper computer,resulting in more data acquisition,less data processing,load algorithm implementation,system timeliness,confidentiality and other issues to be solved.In order to improve the stability,accuracy,real-time and confidentiality of load data acquisition,the load monitoring system based on ARM processor chip is studied systematically in this paper.The system is based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the system and the research of hardware design,software design and algorithm.Firstly,the method of fast and accurate dynamic load acquisition is studied.The model of loading and lifting stage is established,The model is solved by Matlab and the function fitting is carried out,analysize the component of load signal in loading stage.The fast and accurate method of obtaining load in loading stage is put forward.The variation characteristics of wire rope tension in hoisting stage and the method of obtaining tension accurately are put forward.Secondly,the hardware and software of the monitoring system are studied.The hardware system with ARM processor as the core is constructed.The system includes three parts: acquisition and transmission device of lower computer,signal receiving device and industrial computer.The analog signal transmission and isolation circuit and digital signal isolation circuit are designed.The wireless communication components are selected and the power supply which affects the stability is analyzed in detail.In the aspect of software,the software of the lower computer and the software of the upper computer are designed to improve the real-time and confidentiality of the system.Finally,The signal acquisition and processing are verified.The test platform of analog isolated transducer circuit is built,the linearity of analog isolated transducer circuit is tested,the lifting stage model is verified by Adams simulation,and the field experimentaldata are analyzed.The results show that the load and wire rope tension acquisition algorithm is feasible.
