As the mining depth continues to increase,multi-rope winding hoists will become more and more widely used in future mine lifting applications,and existing load monitoring methods have certain defects in deep well lifting,including communication difficulties,inconvenient maintenance,etc.Therefore,this paper proposes to study the correlation between the drum strain and the lifting load of the multi-rope wound hoist,and realize the load monitoring of the winding hoist by measuring the relevant load parameters on the well,which has the safe operation of the multi-rope winding hoist.Certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes and calculates the stress and strain of the drum casing during the operation of the multi-rope winding hoist.According to the theoretical calculation results,the finite element analysis and calculation of the hoist drum are carried out by ANSYS WORKBENCH,and the reel is determined.The monitoring scheme of the casing strain provides a theoretical basis for the research of this subject.According to the statistical learning theory,the commonly used statistical learning classification method is selected,and the statistical learning method is used to analyze the corresponding data,and the statistical learning theory is given.The steps of load monitoring.Secondly,the software and hardware of the load monitoring system are designed and analyzed.The hardware has sensors,power supplies,industrial computer,etc.The hardware selection of various hardware systems is analyzed,and the strain and spindle torque monitoring system of the drum casing is built.In this part of the software,the DLL-based LabVIEW,MATLAB and Visual C++ mixed programming is used to build the load monitoring system host computer with LabVIEW as the main software,which realizes the functional requirements for load monitoring.Finally,wavelet noise reduction is used to reduce the influence of noise on the test signal.Scikit-learn is used to establish the correlation model between the strain and the lifting load of the winding hoist,and the performance of each model is compared and analyzed.The feasibility of the monitoring method of this subject was verified.
