With the development of industrial technology,the level of casting technology has been continuously developed and upgraded,and the requirements of modern industry for the quality,precision,cost and automation of casting are also increasing.In order to shorten the production cycle,reduce production costs and improve casting quality,numerical simulation technology has been developed and widely used.The post-processing display module is one of the three modules of the numerical simulation software.The display effect directly affects the accuracy of the casting simulation and the user's judgment on the casting process.Therefore,this topic uses advanced virtual reality technology to develop a casting numerical simulation post-processing display system based on the Unity3 D platform.The main work is as follows:(1)Research and analysis of the development requirements of the casting numerical simulation post-processing display system,and clarify the basic requirements,theoretical basis and key technologies of system development.In-depth understanding of the operation process of casting numerical simulation software,mastered the theoretical basis of system development;(2)Based on the numerical simulation calculation result file analysis,mastered the data format of various binary files,used Unity3 D powerful programming module for interface development,imported calculation data and filtered processing,provided data support for the development of subsequent display modules.;(3)Mastered the use of Unity3 D platform to develop model display,view switching,human-computer interaction and material rendering,etc.,and wrote data interface,data processing,model conversion,perspective rotation and object dragging,and created the main scene,User interface and function buttons;(4)Based on system requirements analysis and related requirements,complete the design and frame design of the casting numerical simulation post-processing display system,and view the perspective switching,temperature display and defect prediction of the post-processing system according to system development requirements,theoretical knowledge and key technologies.The functions such as liquid phase analysis were planned,designed and developed,and the development of the casting numerical simulation post-processing display system was completed.This paper designs and implements a casting numerical simulation post-processing display system.The system adopts the latest virtual reality display technology to enhance the display effect and display precision,and adds various display modes such as 3D display and VR display,which provides a reference and significance for the development of subsequent numerical simulation software post-processing modules.
