Technical And Economic Evaluation Of The Technical Reconstruction Project Of A Cracking Furnace

Ethylene is the core of the development of signs and petrochemical industry,which directly affects the development of country's economic base and comprehensive national strength.Therefore transformation ethylene plant cracking furnace is the country's needs.Company X cracker after a long working,cracking furnace increased energy consumption,thermal efficiency up to standard requirements,therefore the technological transformation requirements was proposed for the cracking furnace.This thesis is to analyze,calculate and then summarize the economic evaluation of the project,as well as save knowledge base for future revamped cracking furnace improvement projects.To do this,in this thesis,there will be statements for improve revamped cracking furnace project requirements,costs,risks,challenges,and maintenance.In each of the steps this thesis will also give verification guidelines.This thesis will first give an overview of the theory and methodologies for economic evaluation for the projects.And then will have calculation and evaluations to give statement for how to verify the technical improvements on revamped cracking furnace.The feasible of the projects will be analyzed from both economic and industry technical methods.For all the risks,challenges,and limitations,this thesis will also give suggestions for future feasible solutions as references.
