Evaluation Of Ecological Construction In Ordos Based On The Evolution Of Ecological Footprint

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee with Xi Jin ping at the core has placed the "construction of ecological civilization" in a crucial position in terms of strategy and overall layout.People gradually realized the ecological environment problems caused by social progress and economic development,and began to examine the relationship between economic development and ecological environment.Ordos is a typical ecological fragile area,ecological pollution and degradation are the biggest environmental problems.It is the only way to promote ecological civilization construction in Ordos City to explore the way that accords with the harmonious development of social economy and ecological environment.In this paper,Ordos is selected as the research area.From the perspective of ecological footprint,according to the energy consumption data,biological resources consumption data,land use data and practice survey data of Ordos City,The ecological footprint,ecological bearing capacity and ecological red surplus of Ordos from 2006 to 2017 were measured in detail.Based on the calculation of ecological footprint,this paper analyzes the ecological status of the land in Ordos by means of ecological pressure index,ecological sustainability index,ecological footprint of 10 thousand GDP,ecological footprint diversity index and economic system development index,and then reveals the level of ecological construction.The driving factors of the ecological footprint in Ordos are analyzed by correlation coefficient and regression coefficient,and the control countermeasures for the construction of ecological civilization are put forward.The results of the analysis are as follows:(1)As a whole,the ecological footprint has increased and then decreased.In recent years,the growth rate has slowed down and the increase has slowed down.According to the structure of land type of ecological footprint per capital,the ecological footprint of fossil fuel land is the largest in the total ecological footprint,and the contribution rate to the ecological footprint is also the largest,followed by arable land and pasture land.From the point of view of land for biological resources and energy resources,the ecological footprint of energy resources accounts for a large proportion and directly affects the changing trend of the total ecological footprint.(2)The ecological capacity of Ordos has not changed much in the past decade,and the ecological deficit has slowed down,but it is still relatively serious.With the exception of forest land,all other types of land are in different degrees of ecological deficits.From the perspective of the changing trend of the ecological footprint and ecological deficit in Ordos from 2006 to2017,the consumption of energy resources and the unreasonable development of the economy are the main reasons for the weakening of the ecology and the ecological deficit.(3)The ecological civilization level of Ordos is slowly improving,the ecological environment has changed from serious deterioration to overall containment,and overall ecological environment has improved,indicating that Ordos' ecological construction has achieved certain results.Although the efficiency of resource utilization is constantly increasing and the level of ecological insecurity is slowly declining,the ratio of ecological footprint structure and consumption structure are still unreasonable,resulting in uncoordinated economic development.The development model that promotes economic growth by consuming natural resources has led to an increase in the ecological footprint,and the development model that uses raw coal in the consumption of fossil energy as the basic driving force has led to a deepening imbalance between the ecological footprint and the ecological carrying capacity.The state of Ordos land remains unsustainable.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization is still the focus of future work.(4)The increase of per capital GDP and population is the main reasonfor the increase of the ecological footprint in Ordos,and the energy consumption of 10,000 yuan GDP is the main negative factor to slow the increase of the ecological footprint.According to the results of correlation coefficient and regression coefficient,it is found that the most significant impact on the ecological footprint of Ordos is the rapid economic growth and the continuous expansion of urbanization.(5)Through the evolution of the ecological footprint and the analysis of driving factors proposed to promote the ecological construction of Ordos control measures.Strengthening the circular economic chain to provide new impetus for economic development;Controlling the population,improving the public life environment and improving happiness;Rational adjustment of land structure and rational use of land;We will carry out comprehensive ecological restoration and management,and establish ecological security barriers.To rationally rectify the ecological environment and vigorously develop the forest sand industry;We will strengthen the management of natural resources,improve the mode of supervision and establish a responsibility system.
