Along with the improvement of the living standards of urban residents,the rapid development of the service industry and the catering industry,the amount of food waste generated is increasing,which has already exerted tremendous pressure on the environment.Therefore,the reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization of food waste has been paid more and more attention by the society and governments at all levels.Around the 12 th FiveYear Plan,the state has established 100 pilot cities for the treatment of food waste,but they focus on the terminal treatment so that the management of collection and transportation is chaotic.At the same time,few people have done theoretical research on food waste collection and transportation.It has strict requirement in the process of collection and transportation due to its high water content and higher organic content than traditional municipal solid waste.Meanwhile food waste can be hazardous if not disposed properly.So it is especially important to compare and choose a suitable food waste collection transportation mode.This paper is based on the group standard of China Association of Urban Environmental Sanitation “Technical specification for Food waste Collection and Transportation” and “the Implementation Scheme for Food waste Collection and Transportation in Fuzhou City”.By summarizing the current status of domestic and international food waste collection and transportation,and analyzing the characteristics of the production of food waste,Combined with the specific conditions of Fuzhou,the two different schemes of “direct transportation using food waste vehicle” and “direct transportation mainly,combined with collection and transferring transportation” are designed.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of food waste collection and transportation system,the evaluation indicators are established from four aspects: economy,environment,technology and society.The AHP and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights,then the game theory is used to weigh the ratio of subjective and objective weights and determine the final weight.Finally,the matter-element model is established to evaluate and decide the delivery scheme.Using MATLAB to solve the model,the results show that the comprehensive correlation degree about the evaluation level "excellent" of scheme 1 and scheme 2 is-0.0234 and 0.0544,respectively,indicating that both scheme 1 and scheme 2 belong to "excellent",but the scheme 2 about the overall correlation of the "excellent" is greater,so the scheme 2 is better than the scheme 1.Therefore,the scheme 2 is more suitable for food waste collection and transportation in Fuzhou City,that is,the mixed mode based on “direct transportation mainly,combined with collection and transferring transportation” is more suitable for the actual situation in Fuzhou.
