| In view of the rapid development of domestic vocational education and the rapid progress of science and technology,many domestic vocational and technical colleges or universities training equipments are facing the urgency of technical requirements.However,the purchase of new equipment is costly.In order to solve the difficulties of huge cost,as well as the digitization and informatization of the training equipment,a small CNC grinding machine system of PMAC motion controller is designed based on a three degrees of freedom slide platform.Besides,an independent function of online testing equipment is also designed for the grinder system to improve the function of CNC grinding machine system.The grinder system proposed in this thesis has the merits of small size,full-featured CNC function,safe and reliable operation,which is very suitable for the training.According to the principle of induction current,the workpiece of aluminum or other non-ferromagnetic metal materials might produce a double value problem in the single-coil measuring instrument.In order to solve this problem,a new detector with double coil structure is designed.The impedance information of the coil can be obtained through the current detection.Next,the information is transferred into the host computer via A/D conversion.And then the signals are processed and analyzed.The experimental results show that the detection device has high measuring accuracy,good stability,and is suitable for the processing and detection of iron and aluminum workpiece.Aiming at the CNC training,a CNC grinding machine system is developed for teaching,learning and testing,in which an advanced PMAC motion controller is used.This system has the general function of NC grinding machine in plane grinding.In addition,an on-line detection device is designed.It can monitor the automatic operation of the system on the one hand.On the other hand,it can detect the progress of processing,which is convenient for the evaluating of students’ operation in training.The design has achieved a modest volume in mechanical engineering,which can avoid the accident in the operations.In the electrical design,a set of low voltage equipment are used to avoid possible electric shock accidents. |
