At present,there is a large demand for reinforced steel belts for mining and high product quality requirements.However,the actual production site uses the traditional manual arc welding production mode,which faces problems such as low production efficiency,uneven product quality,and high production costs.The production site urgently needs to design and develop a set of fully automatic steel bar welding production line to realize the automation,high quality,low cost and high speed mass production of steel bar for mining.The fully automatic production line we design for mining rebar and steel band has strict requirements on product processing parameters and high standard of welding technology for rebar and steel band.This thesis firstly combines welding technology of rebar and steel band,principle of automatic control,computer control theory,electrical automation and programmable control technology to complete the PLC control of the overall production line.The completed processing stations of the production line adopt hydraulic control and pneumatic control to complete the automatic straightening,feeding,shearing,welding forming,and finished product discharging of the workpiece,and can automatically shut down and alarm when no material is sensed to ensure the normal operating of the equipment,which realizes the continuity and automation of the production process.Secondly,design the straightening tooling,welding tooling and shearing tooling,which are important in the production line,analyze the straightening mechanism of the steel band,the influence of different parameters on the welding process of resistance welding,and obtain the most optimized production process.After the design and development of every part of the tooling structure was completed,the production line system was adjusted as a whole.The controller is used to accurately control each tooling to achieve continuous work of the overall production line.Then we dealt with problems that occurred in welding process.By optimizing the technological process,the production efficiency is improved and the actual production cost is reduced.The results of the trial production show that the designed and fully-automatic production line of reinforced steel belt can produce product normally.The performance of the production line is stable during the mass production process.The product specifications and dimensions are consistent and the appearance is smooth and free of burrs.The tensile strength of the welded joint is tested,and its performance index reaches the technological requirements.
