This paper explored the influence of the main technological factors on the quality of the sintered ore in WISCO forth sinter plant.We got the better batching system which could improve the quality of sinter ores of WISCO forth sinter plant.The single factor conditional test results showed that with the increase of alkalinity,sintered ore drum strength,drop strength and yield increased first and then decreased.When alkalinity was 2.4,they came to the top.At first,the sintering liquid Consolidation of the main binder phase components changed from calcium silicate into calcium ferrite,this improved the quality of the ores,when the alkalinity came to a high level,calcium ferrite broke down partly,and the quality of the ores showed the same trend;FeO content showed a downward trend,changed from7.0 to 9.0.With the increase of carbon,the drum strength,drop strength and yield of the sintered ore showed the increasing trend first and then decreasing,the maximum of the carbon content was 6.0%,which was mainly due to the strengthening of the reduce atmosphere,which lead to the sintering Consolidation of the main bonded calcium ferrate and calcium ferrite decomposition;the liquid phase Fe3+ was partially reduced to Fe2+,and FeO content showed an increasing trend,changed from 7.0 to 10.0.With the increase of water,the drum strength,drop strength and yield of sintered ore showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the maximum of the water content was 6.5%;FeO content showed the fluctuation trend,changed from 7.0 to 8.5.With the increase of negative pressure of the ventilation,the drum strength o,drop strength and yield of sintered ore showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the maximum of negative pressure of the ventilation was 11%;FeO content decreased with the increase of the water,changed from 7.5 to 9.0.The results of multi-factor orthogonal test showed that the main factors influencing the drop strength,drum strength and yield of the sinter were alkalinity,then the carbon content,moisture and negative pressure was small.The main factors affecting FeO content was carbon,then alkalinity,moisture and negative pressure were of least importance.The main quality indexes of the sintered ore was 73.50%,drop strength of 71.88%,yield of the product was 89.55%,FeO content of 8.65%,compared with the original forth sinter plant,the quality of the sinter ore has improved.
