In today's economic and social development,enterprises have become an important economic support for a country,and their position has been increasingly strengthened.Enterprises are not only increasing in number,but also facing greater and greater competition challenges.How to maintain an advantage and stand out in the fierce market competition has become an urgent problem for many enterprises.The development and growth of enterprises cannot be separated from the tireless efforts of employees,which requires enterprises to improve their internal control and emphasize the importance of employees while developing.Many big entrepreneur s focus on how to select and employ employees,give full play to their subjective initiative,and make employees exert their strengths to serve enterprises.This paper mainly in WZ company sales staff performance appraisal as the research object,using literature search,questionnaire survey,field interviews and other methods,on the basis of in-depth analysis of WZ company's existing in the current sales staff performance appraisal scheme of deficiency,and its causes are analyzed,through the rational use of performance appraisal method,appraisal scheme of the company is optimized to improve,to improve the reliability and scientific,and targeted promotion WZ company employee's work efficiency,establish the objective and fair assessment of atmosphere.With the transformation of WZ company as a whole mode of operation,the company is committed to expand business areas,innovative marketing methods,profit growth,company sales personnel's overall quality enhances unceasingly,exploring the new sales plan,optimize the sales team has achieved certain results,in the industry also obtained the corresponding status and recognition.How to continue to maintain efficient growth,continue to meet the needs of the market,expand and update the business,improve the work of the sales team,these practical problems restrict the development and progress of WZ company,also become the company's senior leaders are eager to solve the problem.Also realized that the growth of the employees play an important role to solve the problem,the completion of sales work can not do without the positive efforts of staff,but for the sales staff performance appraisal,WZ company did not give enough attention,appraisal is just a form,only through the analysis about the present situation of WZ company sales personnel,evaluation,by some technical means that the existing problems of performance appraisal,evaluation index and weight design is not reasonable,the appraisal main body is not comprehensive,not leadership attaches great importance to the performance appraisal work,lack of rationality assessment results using a single,assessment results not timely feedback and communication,These problems have great impact on the company's long-term development,the promotion of sales team enthusiasm.In the face of these problems,this study conducted post assessment for different positions of sales personnel,combined with quantitative business assessment and qualitative behavior assessment,and used a variety of assessment methods to divide the assessment indicators in detail,so as to establish a scientific and reasonable performance assessment scheme,providing internal support for the development of the company.
