Pingzhuang coal industry is China guodian corporation holding large coal enterprises,after decades of development has a mature sales system,sales staff as the pingzhuang coal industry internal important domestic and foreign Bridges,its performance levels and performance appraisal is directly concerns the economic benefits of pingzhuang coal industry,so the staff performance appraisal is very important.Performance appraisal is a comprehensive summary of the previous work,and the results of performance appraisal can often provide a strong basis for the company's personnel decisions,such as reward and punishment,salary increase,promotion,transfer and dismissal,etc.At the same time,it discovers the shortcomings of employees' abilities and improves their abilities in a targeted manner,so as to realize the convergence of employees' personal development and enterprise organization management.This paper firstly carries out theoretical analysis and literature review for performance appraisal,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for this study.Based on field research,this paper combs the current performance appraisal status of Pingzhuang coal industry,and points out the existing problems and possible causes of the existing performance appraisal system through questionnaire distribution and data analysis.Then,pingzhuang coal industry sales personnel performance appraisal system optimization.Based on the key issues,the performance evaluation index system of sales personnel including finance,customer,internal operation and learning and growth was constructed,and the weight of each index was assigned by analytic hierarchy process.Then,the performance appraisal system is optimized according to the evaluation criteria,assessment process,assessment cycle and assessment subjects of sales personnel.Finally,put forward pingzhuang coal industry sales personnel performance appraisal system implementation safeguard measures.In view of the pingzhuang coal industry sales personnel performance appraisal index system constructed in this paper and the optimization purpose,from the aspects of training publicity,human resources,supervision mechanism,system security to put forward specific safeguard measures,to ensure the continuous advancement of the appraisal system.
