With the improvement of the economic level,the demand of consumers is also constantly changing.At the same time,with the substantial enrichment of material conditions,consumers begin to pay attention to certain attributes other than the basic attributes of commodities during the consumption process,resulting in consumer demand preferences.At present,global environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent which causes significant effects on ecological balance,consumers' environmental awareness is also being strengthened,they start to pay attention to the attribute of environmental protection on products.At the same time,there are still quite a few consumers who are more concerned about price,quality,and other factors.Companies also pay attention to changes in demand.Therefore,considering the impacts of both consumer price and low carbon preference on product demand can help companies cope with changes in demand.This paper establishes a green closed-loop supply chain network design model that considers the dual preferences of consumer demand and uses mixed-integer linear programming and data analysis methods to study green sustainable supply chain network design issues.First of all,this article illustrates the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current research status from domestic and abroad,demonstrates research contents and methods,explains the relevant theories of green closed-loop supply chain and supply chain network design,demand preference,and introduces the research algorithm of this paper.Second,this paper analyzes the components and design constraints of the green closed-loop supply chain network,selects the life cycle method to analyze the carbon emission part of the supply chain operation.This research focuses on the analysis of the impacts of consumer demand low-carbon preference on product demand and the impact of consumer demand price preference on product demand,deducing the relationship between total consumer demand and product price and product unit carbon emissions under low-carbon and price preference dual preference of consumer demandThird,this paper focuses on the green closed-loop supply chain network,considering the constraints of consumer demand`s low-carbon and price preference on product demand.Based on the functional relationship between total consumer demand and product price and unit carbon emissions of products under low-carbon and price preference dual-preference of consumer demand,using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,this research establishes a green closed-loop supply chain network design model which considers the dual-preference of consumer demand with the goal of maximizing the total profit of the supply chain and minimizing the total amount of product carbon emissionsFinally,this article selects an example to analyze and solve the optimal network design and result.Analyze the final results based on consumer demand to solve problems in engineering fields such as logistics and supply chain system management and planning,supplier selection,facility location selection,emission reduction technology selection,and flow distribution between adjacent nodes,for enterprise managers and provide enterprises with strategies about how to design the supply chain in face of consistently changing consumer demand situation.
