Study On The Correlation Between Management Ability And Safety Efficiency

The safety of coal enterprises has always been the focus of people's attention.The safety accident rate and coal million ton mortality rate of China's coal industry are one of the most serious countries in the world,and safety efficiency is an important indicator to evaluate whether coal enterprises can maintain safe production,which plays a very important role in the process of coal safety production.There is a lack of relevant literature on the influence of management capacity on the safety and efficiency of coal enterprises,because even in the face of the same enterprise environment,the decisions made by managers with different capabilities are bound to be different,which will have different effects on the safety and efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the correlation between management ability and safety efficiency of coal listed companies in China.This paper selects the data of 28 coal listed companies from 2014 to 2018 as sample data.Based on the review of the existing theories and research results at home and abroad,the data envelopment analysis method(DEA)is used to analyze the management ability and safety efflciency respectively,and dea-solpro5.0 software is used to calculate the management efficiency and safety value that can represent the management ability and safety efficiency respectively In terms of efficiency value,five control variables,i.e.company size,asset liability ratio,growth ability,operating ability and roa,are selected.The collected data are calculated,screened and sorted out by Excel software,and then the relevant data are described and analyzed by SPSS software,coiTelation test and regression analysis Corresponding results.The research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the management ability and safety efficiency of coal enterprises,and the improvement of the management ability of coal enterprises helps to improve their safety efficiency;at the same time,the management ability level of the selected sample coal listed companies is uneven and fluctuates greatly,and the safety efficiency is improved,but the overall level is not high,and the management ability and safety efficiency are still high There is a large space for improvement,and on this basis,corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the management ability and safety efficiency.By studying the correlation between the management ability and safety efficiency of coal listed companies,on the one hand,it can provide reference for the coal industry,and it will be a useful exploration and supplement for the relevant theory,on the other hand,it can cause the management to pay attention to the safety and efficiency in the production process,and timely prevent the occurrence of major accidents of coal safety by making plans in advance,so as to improve the safety status quo of the enterprise So as to improve the safety efficiency,it is helpful for the enterprises in the coal industry to learn from each other,take their excellent experience,improve the measures of the enterprise,and provide some practical support for vigorously improving the management capacity and safety efficiency of the whole coal industry.
