Roller coaster is an indispensable large-scale amusement equipment in almost all amusement places.It brings people a sense of excitement and pleasure that other amusement facilities cannot surpass.With the development of society and the improvement of people's needs,higher and faster roller coasters emerge one after another,which also challenges the safety and reliability of roller coasters.In the design and development stage of roller coaster,kinematic and dynamic analysis is an important basis to measure the safety of roller coaster.Through kinematic analysis,we can determine whether the speed and acceleration of the roller coaster meet the national standards,and obtain the stress conditions of the main components of the roller coaster through dynamic analysis,providing data support for the analysis of the structural strength.In the existing roller coaster simulation analysis,on the one hand,due to the complex structure of roller coaster,modeling and simulation efficiency is very low;On the other hand,the research on acceleration evaluation method and dynamics analysis of main components is not comprehensive.Combined with the above problems,took a monorail roller coaster as the research object,analyzed a simplified modeling method based on ADAMS software,and conducted a relatively comprehensive research on the kinematics and dynamics of roller coaster.The main research work and innovative results of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the multi-rigid body dynamics theory,a simplified modeling method based on ADAMS software is analyzed,which can solve the problems of complicated models in ADAMS software,such as tedious modeling process and low computational efficiency of simulation process.The feasibility of this method is verified by applying this simplified modeling method to roller coaster.(2)Based on the acceleration stipulated by national standards,the emphasis is on the analysis and research of the lateral and vertical unidirectional acceleration and the combined evaluation method of the maximum vertical and lateral acceleration of thespecified time difference.Through the kinematic simulation of ADAMS,the extraction method of roller coaster acceleration is proposed,and the acceleration is analyzed and judged according to the acceleration evaluation method.The results show that this method has strong operability.(3)Based on multi-rigid-body dynamics,the main structures of the roller coaster were decomposed,including the main structural parts,parts,bolt sets and tracks,etc.,and the force analysis method of the main structures and the method of extracting the loads they bear during the operation were proposed.The analysis and research of the above contents have certain reference significance and reference value for the motion and dynamics simulation of various large mechanical facilities with complex structures,especially large amusement facilities.
