With the continued growth of China’s economic aggregate, people areyearning for a better life not only material needs, but also in pursuit of the spirit.Holiday season, spare time, friends and family, traveling together, the demandcame into being spawned a variety of large-scale amusement parks have sprungup in major cities nationwide. Large rides in amusement parks meet the spiritualand cultural needs of the people, but its safety is increasingly the concern andattention of the community.Three-ring roller coaster designed based on an enterprise is took as anobject, the involved safety strength, fatigue strength, stiffness and seismicperformance, and its unique safety index-"G acceleration" for detailed analysisand research. Mainly includes the following four aspects:Motion simulation based on SolidWorks, the kinematics and dynamicssimulation method is adopted to obtain G acceleration of the roller coaster trainin still air,+X,-X,+Y,-Y wind direction, five conditions along the orbit, and itsacceleration value is judged according to the national standard "GB8408-2008recreational facilities safety norms". The problem of personal safety is solved.Three-dimensional models of roller coaster overall structure are set upbased on SolidWorks environment, the no load and non-working state wind load-two kinds of working conditions of strength and stiffness are analyzed by useof SolidWorks/simulation, the whole structure strength is judged according tonational standard GB/T18159-2008Specifications of amusement rides coastercategory and the problem of safety equipment is solved.The dangerous position of the roller coaster supporting steel structure arejudged and determined according to the peak acceleration and time ofoccurrence obtained by kinematics and dynamics simulation of a roller coasterroller coaster train. Accurately model of dangerous position for the structure ofthe roller coaster are built by means of SolidWorks, and the finite elementanalysis and fatigue analysis are carried out by using SolidWorks/Simulation, The supporting steel structure fatigue strength are evaluated based on nationalstandards. GB/T18159-2008Specifications of amusement rides coaster categorythe problem of structural safety is solved.The international response spectrum method is adopted for seismic analysisof the overall structure of the roller coaster, and structural dynamic response inhorizontal and vertical direction of the seismic action the are obtained, eachrespond results are to combined by using the SRSS method. Seismic response ofthe overall structure of the roller coaster is evaluated based on national standardsGB50011-2010Code for seismic design of buildings. The problem of seismicsafety equipment is solved.Through researching and discussing on the third ring road roller coaster andthe overall structure involving the safety problems, a set of feasible rollercoaster of safety evaluation theory thought and technology method are not onlyformed, but also practice basis and useful reference are provided for the largespace of complex equipment safety analysis.
