At present,our country is devoting major efforts to developing tertiary industry.Because of its excitement and entertainment,the roller coaster is popular with young people.Domestic theme amusement parks and small indoor amusement parks are developing rapidly.However,the design level of the various domestic entertainment equipment companies varies widely and in the area of safety and innovation,the design method is still inadequate.Under this background,According to national requirement specification of special equipment,in order to enhance design quality,including design efficiency and safety of the products,this thesis is using the methods of the three-dimension design and simulation analysis.According to the design goal of tri-circle indoor roller coaster body,the thesis makes a general designation of the roller coaster body.Three-dimension structure design of tri-circle roller coaster body is based on Solid Works,including the first car?the middle car?the tail car?the wheel bridge assembly ?the intermediate connector and the tail connector.According to the indoor layout,trajectory points can be set,which are imported into the software ADAMS,and then generates spline curves.The parts of tri-circle roller coaster body are imported into the software ADAMS.Then the constraint and the load are added.The kinematics simulation of tri-circle roller coaster is carried out.Through the simulation post-processing,the relevant data can be read,which is analyzed.The relevant data can meet the G acceleration of national standards through constant revising trajectory points and car body.After the completion of integral structural design of tri-circle roller coaster body,trajectory points of tri-circle roller coaster is set.The track is necessary to meet the requirement of the velocity?the acceleration and the stress of critical components,but also the interference phenomenon between car body and track cannot be taken place during runtime.The value of the stress of critical components can be extracted by simulation software ADAMS.Strength checking and finite element analysis of critical components of tri-circle roller coaster,including the wheel bridge assembly ? the vertical shaft ? the intermediate connector and the tail connector,is made by using ANSYS.The roller coaster can be running stably indoors through revising trajectory radius and the structure of car body.It is concluded that the simulation results show that the tri-circle roller coaster can run stably.Rail length is 355 m.A cycle of running time is about 66.71 seconds.Maximum speed is less than 80Km/h and safety coefficient is five.The designrequirements have been satisfied.The research methods and research results of this paper can give the design of the similar products as a reference.
