With the promotion of cultural tourism in China in recent years,major cities are building large or small amusement parks,among which roller coaster is an important entertainment facility.At the same time,people's life and work more and more pressure,the desire to get the spirit of relaxation and vent.The thrill and pleasure brought by entertainment facilities such as roller coaster has become one of the best choices for people to vent,which puts forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of roller coaster.In the development and design stage of roller coaster,the design of roller coaster can be determined whether it conforms to the national standard through simulation and optimization of structure analysis.At present,the existing technology of entertainment facility research is to use virtual prototype to conduct virtual modeling and kinematic simulation to extract the main structural load of roller coaster,which can predict,analyze and evaluate the feasibility of product design and shorten the test period.The analysis of the structure is helpful to find the shortcomings of the structure design,optimize the structure and ensure the safety of the design.The thesis has carried out the following research work:(1)based on Adams,simplified modeling method is applied to establish the kinematics and dynamics model of roller coaster,analyze various loads borne by roller coaster during the whole movement process,and extract the reaction force of roller coaster track on roller coaster and load borne by each component of roller coaster through Adams software simulation calculation and post-processing function.(2)analysis of various components under various working conditions is a roller coaster load,determine the most unfavorable condition,main structure based on ANSYS WORKBENCH software on a roller coaster concept modeling,to the neutral plane is a combination of different thickness of the shell element to simulate the structure finite element model is established,applying constraints and using the inertial release functionality provided by the software,complete the structure strength calculation,safety standards according to GB8408-2018 large amusement facilities,checking structure safety and reliability of the roller coaster,provide theory support for the roller coaster of structure optimization.(3)according to the requirements of rigid structure design,the design parameters,constraint conditions and optimization objectives of the bolt connection of roller coaster were analyzed in detail,the optimization design model of the bolt connection of roller coaster was established,and the optimization design program of the universal bolt connection was prepared by using the optimization toolbox of MATLAB to obtain the optimal design scheme of the bolt connection.Through the above research and analysis,this paper has a good reference value for the design of new roller coaster structure design and bolt connection design,and provides useful technical support for the safety and reliability of roller coaster operation.
