Manufacturing is fundamental to a country's development,is the power of rich people and strong country,is an important basis for measuring and expressing a country's scientific and technological level and comprehensive strength.,what is more important,chemical manufacturing is the core of our national economy pillar industry.Since the reform and opening up,relative to other domestic industries,our manufacturing developed faster.Both manufacturing gross and technical level,have greatly improved,becoming the main driving force of the national economy growth.As an important chemical industry,the polyurethane industry is an important segment of China's chemical manufacturing industry and has grown rapidly in recent years.With the “Belt and Road” process,the integration of the global economy and the transfer of manufacturing from developed countries to developing countries,the development of China's polyurethane manufacturing industry has gained a large number of existing and potential markets,and it has become one of the fast industries,and the most developed chemical manufacturing industry in China.However,to occupy a place in a highly competitive market environment,not only must high value-added products,high-tech,excellent talents,high-end equipment,etc.,but also a mature,stable and efficient management mechanism to support the development of the industry.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of polyurethane manufacturing enterprises in China and plan a management model suitable for the development of polyurethane manufacturing in China has become an important and urgent research topic.This paper aims to compare the development status of domestic and foreign manufacturing industry systematically,and from the practical significance,comprehensively analyze the development status and existing problems of China's polyurethane manufacturing industry,focus on the development process of China's polyurethane manufacturing industry,and strive to summarize China.The management experience in the development of polyurethane manufacturing provides a certain theoretical guidance for the high quality of the industry,forming a management model suitable for the sustainable development of China's polyurethane manufacturing industry.The research results of this paper will not only help China's polyurethane manufacturing industry to grasp the foothold on the basis of current development,find the development direction,find new opportunities for the development of polyurethane manufacturing industry,and enrich the management mode and practice in the development of polyurethane manufacturing industry in China.Experience,laying the foundation for the development of chemical manufacturing,providing a theoretical and practical basis for a certain universal value,and providing a viable reference for the development of other similar industries.This article is written in six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly explains the origin of the problem,the background and significance of the topic.The second chapter is the introduction of relevant theories and the review of related literatures.It mainly describes the characteristics of lean management theory and the research results of chemical industry manufacturing management at home and abroad.The third chapter discusses the management status and risks of polyurethane manufacturing in China,and mainly analyzes the current status and problems of polyurethane manufacturing management.The fourth chapter puts forward the goal model of implementing lean management in China's polyurethane manufacturing industry,and the planable management mode suitable for the sustainable development of China's polyurethane manufacturing industry based on the analysis in Chapter Three.The fifth chapter is a case study of HBL,and plans a management model suitable for the company's development.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text.Through the theoretical discussion and practical analysis of the above six chapters,the management model suitable for the application of polyurethane manufacturing is planned for reference of relevant theoretical research and reference for industry development.
