As the first working procedure of metal processing,sawing plays an important role in the field of machining.Metal circular sawing machine is widely used for cutting small size workpieces because of its high efficiency and precision.The metal circular sawing machine is mainly used for the sawing of metal bars.In the process of sawing,the cross-sectional area of the sawing changes in real time and the sawing force changes constantly,which will inevitably cause the vibration of the sawing machine and affect the surface quality of the workpiece.In addition,both the rotation speed of the saw blade and the feed speed of the saw blade need to be input by the operator,who gives the rotation speed and feed speed of the saw blade according to the experience,so that the saw machine has been in an inefficient state.This paper mainly studies the sawing mechanism of circular sawing machine produced by a company,establishes the sawing load model,and analyzes the change rule of sawing force in the sawing process and analyze the influence of each cutting parameter on the cutting force The sawing process is simulated to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Based on this,a series of work is carried out.Firstly,the embedded control method is used to design the hardware circuit of the control system of the circular sawing machine,and the control process is studied deeply.The control program of the circular sawing machine is written,which effectively reduces the cost of the circular sawing machine.Secondly,based on the conclusion of theoretical simulation,the relevant parameters are changed in the sawing process;finally,the control system is written into the circular sawing machine to realize the optimization of the control system.In order to verify the actual effect of the control system,the vibration test and workpiece surface roughness test of the circular saw before and after optimization were carried out,and the effect of the control optimization was verified by comparison.
