Gas hazard is one of the most serious hazards in coal mines at present.Many gas emission sources in high gas mines lead to the widespread distribution of hidden hazards of underground gas hazards,and the most prominent feature of large gas emission directly leads to a sharp increase in the risk of mine gas hazards,which seriously threatens the lives and safety of underground personnel.On the basis of current gas prevention technology,safety management methods and measures should be used to prevent and control coal mine gas disasters,to effectively control the occurrence of gas disasters,and to reduce the occurrence of serious and extraordinarily serious gas accidents.How to construct a long-term safety management mechanism for gas disaster prevention and control in high gas mine is an urgent problem for high gas mine enterprises in China.Based on the actual situation of high gas mines,"Three in One" pre-control management system for gas zero-overrun in high gas mines is studied.The advanced safety management theories and models at home and abroad is systematically studied.The present situation of gas in high-gas mines is taken as the basis.Gas prevention and control disaster control is taken as the center.Zero-overrun of gas concentration is taken as the goal.With the help of risk pre-control method,refined management method and early warning method,the management system of "two rings and one police" is constructed,and the management system includes early warning of gas overrun,hidden danger closed-loop management,and "Three Violation" closed loop management.Full staff,standardization,refinement,informatization as the requirements istaken as requirement and "continuous improvement" is taken as the working mode."Three in One" pre-control management model for gas zero-overrun in high gas mines is constructed.Based on the theory of safety risk management,the hidden danger closed-loop management system is constructed.Based on the theory of system safety engineering,"Three Violation" closed loop management system is constructed.Based on the influencing factors of gas overrun in high gas mine,a multi-level indicator system of early warning for gas overrun,which combines dynamic and static,qualitative and quantitative,prediction and early warning,sensitivity and assistance,and the realization method of early warning for gas overrun risk,are constructed.On the basis of the above research results,AUTOCAD is redeveloped with client/server(C/S)architecture and C# language.Monitoring information database,geological survey information database,mining dynamic information management database,ventilation gas database and hidden danger information management database,and "Three Violations" information management database are established,and the information system software of "Three in One" pre-control management for gas zero-overrun in high gas mines is developed.The information system software is applied toShanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Mining CO.LTD,the hidden danger and "three violations" closed-loop information management of the mine is realized,and the system is used to pre-warn and manage the gas overrun during the mining period of 3316 mining face,and the zero-overrun of gas during the whole mining period of 3316 mining face is realized.The system has achieved good results in Wangpo Coal Mine.The system has significant application value and significance.This thesis has 46 figures,12 tables and 62 references.
