China is a big country in the production and consumption of fireworks.The main component of traditional fireworks is black powder,which is dangerous during production,transportation,storage,and discharge.Frequent explosion accidents cause great losses to the society.In addition,the traditional fireworks is not environmentally friendly during the discharge.Metal powder can be burned in a certain physical environment,and can produce gorgeous colors.If metal powder is used to replace the current traditional gunpowder as a fireworks display material,the fireworks display effect can be formed by a controllable spray device,which has immeasurable social significance and broad market prospects.However,in order to realize the discharge of metal powder,theoretical and experimental research on control methods of metal powder combustion and control of injection equipment is required.This article has completed the development of discharge equipment based on metal powder,and has carried out exploration and experimental research in the new mechanism of discharge equipment,optimized control of injection fans,and online intelligent control of fireworks.The main work is as follows:(1)The mechanical structure design of the powder-free metal powder firework machine has been completed,and the performance of the metal powder conveying device has been studied.Aiming at the shortage of the consumables conveying capacity of the existing firework machines,a feeding mechanism was designed to meet the goal of conveying different consumables.The effect of screw parameters on the feeding system is analyzed through the screw conveying theory.The optimization design process of experiment and simulation interaction is used to select the appropriate pitch,screw outer diameter,and length-diameter ratio,thus to improve the conveying efficiency and accuracy of the feeding system.By combining the heating device and the conveying device,a conveying mechanism capable of actively adjusting the temperature is designed.Experiments prove that compared with the existing firework conveying mechanism,the newly designed mechanism greatly improves the conveying capacity of consumables with different particle sizes,laying a foundation for the realization of fireworks without powder.(2)The brushless high-speed fan control method has been studied,and the motor control circuit design has been completed.The height adjustment of fireworks discharge and the stability of discharge are directly related to the fan controller.Aiming at improving the injection performance of the fan,the magnetic field directional control scheme was improved,and the related hardware driving circuit was designed.By optimizing the current sampling time and Simulink simulation,the control stability of the fan is improved.By introducing the Bang-Bang control,the speed response ability is improved.The improved fan control system has fast response and stable operation,which meets the requirements for the use of fireworks machines.(3)Researches on self-regulation of discharge parameters,multi-machine cooperative control,and intelligent discharge control based on music characteristics were carried out.With the goal of adapting to the discharge of multiple consumables,discharge experiments were performed,the discharge characteristics of different metal powder consumables were extracted,and a control scheme adapted to the discharge of different consumables was designed;with the goal of satisfying the multi-machine coordinated control of fireworks machines,a wireless interconnection strategy for multi-machine fireworks machines is proposed,2.4G wireless communication technology is applied,and a control terminal based on 2.4G wireless communication is designed to achieve multi-machine collaborative work;with the goal of achieving the music fireworks fountain,an audio extraction module was designed,and the music rhythm of the fireworks was realized through the decision processing of the host computer software.The main contribution of this paper is: propose and design a powderless smart firework machine with metal powder as the discharge consumable.The firework machine will not only be widely used in festivals and celebrations,but also play a significant role in the stage performances and film and television effects.The development of this equipment is conducive to the development of the fireworks industry.
