| With the development of economy,the social industrialization and urbanization is happening at an accelerated rate followed by the increase in the construction of rail transit and population,as well as the increasingly prominent contradiction between human and land,which lead to a series of resources and environmental problems.These are mostly related to the improper land use structure.The problems need to be solved in the urban rail transit construction and urban land sustainable development are the following:how to utilize the limited land rationally around the rail transit stations,how to make optimization schemes of land-use structure,how to adjust the idea of land use and how to solve the contradiction between people and land.The research on optimization schemes of land-use structure around the rail transit station has theoretical and practical significance.Land-use structure multi-objective programming method is a research frontier and hot issue on the new round of general land use planning revision.Based on this,many domestic and foreign scholars began to study the mode of urban land development oriented with public transportation(TOD).The domestic scholars mainly focused on the macro level of TOD mode on the basis of reference of foreign experience data while the research methods and research of micro TOD mode model is relatively lacking.This paper discusses the optimization schemes of land-use structure around the urban rail transit station on TOD mode on the basis of research achievements by the domestic and foreign scholars.First of all,this paper analysis the related research on TOD mode at home and abroad,introduces the idea that the rail transit TOD mode planning is the powerful means to solve the problem of urban rail transit in China.After summing up experience,this paper expounds the basic concepts of TOD theory and its development and TOD mode and features(the general pattern and planning level,TOD mode characteristics,TOD instance application at home and abroad),and discuss the core idea of TOD 3D(Density、Design、Diversity)ture as well as the multi-objective programming model based on 3 d feature which provide theoretical support and bedding for site surrounding land use survey and research of model optimization on Shanghai line 1.Then,according to the actual research situation of the Shanghai line 1 site surrounding and relevant research by scholars at home and abroad,this paper make a classification of urban rail transit stations to determine the reasonable scope of study and summarize the characteristic of each type of site and land use pattern combined with TOD planning concept.Furthermore,the targeted optimizations are put forward according to the existing problems in models.Finally,combined with five types of the typical site surrounding land use case of Shanghai line 1,the effectiveness of the new model will be demonstrated,the optimal solution is given for programmed decision-making,and the results of the model optimization is given for land development analysis.Through the empirical analysis,the degree of scientific,feasibility and practicability of the model is very high,and the multi-objective decision model is proved to be an effective method to optimize this kind of complex system like land-use structure around the rail transit station. |
