Being Human Resource Management as a powerful tool for competitive advantage,based on the strategic management of enterprises based on a management activity,all the activities are inseparable from performance management.Enterprise performance management strategy will target decomposition to the various business units,and broken down to each job in order to carry out the implementation and improvement of the performance of each employee,thus improving their overall performance,promote business productivity and value also will be improved.But in business management practice,there are still many problems,especially in state-owned enterprise management practice,severely restricted the enterprise performance management,weaken the ability to execute corporate strategy.How to create a strong workforce,effective implementation of performance management marketing staff,is essential for the survival and development of enterprises,but also one of the difficulties of enterprises to seek development in the fierce market competition.In this paper,the theory of performance management performance management status DJK hydroelectric power plant staff conducted a comprehensive diagnostic analysis,field studies DJK hydroelectric plant employee performance management system problems and troubled,analyzes the original performance management system exists in all sectors question;draws well-known counterparts performance management,targeted for enterprise performance management system in the current short-board system,and put forward a set of line status of employee performance management to optimize the design based on this,help Enterprise Activation enthusiasm of employees,increase the efficiency of human resource management to achieve sustainable development.The contents of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,including research background,meaning and purpose,content and research methods.The second chapter discusses the performance management theory,and related concepts are defined.The third chapter discusses the basic structure and employee performance management status DJK hydropower plant;the second is to tease out the Employee Performance Management Problems.The fourth chapter describes the hydropower plant for DJK employee performance management system optimization design.Design fifth chapter on employee performance management system in the enterprise implementation.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
