Research On Protection And Renovation Of The Street And Traditional Architecture In The Ancient Town Of Leiyang Xinshi

Historical streets and traditional architecture is the representative and symbol of human time,they are bearing the weight of the history and culture of the city,it is a reflection of unique temperament of each city.Vernacular architecture is the carrier of regional culture,although have smaller scale and lower grade than the official building,the creativity of their is to be reckoned with.On the impact of the modern civilization,a lot of traditional houses are forgotten,abandoned,and disappeared for not adapting to the demand of the era of transformation.Therefore,the traditional architecture should be recorded and protected detailedly before they disappear completely.Taking Leiyang Xin shi town as the research object,this paper adopts the method of the induction summary,through on-the-spot investigation,analysis objectively the city historic streets and traditional architectural forms,also puts forward the feasible suggestions on protecting and renovating.The paper is consist of five chapters:the first chapter introduced the background of this subject,research purpose and current status of the research and the brief of the research's content,scope and methods.The second chapter introduced the basic situation of the Leiyang Xinshi town,contains the local culture of geographical environment,customs,etc.;The third chapter studied the spatial pattern of streets and lanes,city historic blocks in the study of its shape,etc,considering the feeling of people in the space;The fourth chapter studied yet traditional architectural morphology characteristics,including architectural plane,structure,function and the detail characteristics of the traditional architecture,combined with typical examples building at the same time,made some bedding for the protection of the ancient town update;The fiveth chapter studied the combination of city historic streets,and the present situation of the traditional architecture,put forward the reasonable effective protection update methods and opinions.Historical streets and traditional architecture are the precious cultural wealth for human beings.Taking Leiyang Xinshi town as an example,to improve people's attention to the historical and cultural heritage,the paper had a research on the town,also to provide detailed historical material for the development of Leiyang Xinshi town and do a good job in town planning and sustainable development.
