As the basis of safety of distribution network,power equipmenst are also the main assets of the power enterprise,the effectiveness of management of the equipments can not only affect the stability of power grid,but also the economic benefits.In addition,the asset lifecycle management system put forward a higher requirement to the equipment information management platform.So,it's very necessary to establish a unified,standard asset information model of distribution network equipment.With the development of the smart grid and social economic,people are more dependent on the continuity and the reliability of energy,The ability of fault diagnosis of distribution network is of great significance to enhance power supply reliability and reduce the outage time.Currently,we are trying to construct an integrated data platform of fault information in distribution network.As the application of the standards IEC61970/61968/61850 in the power system,it's considerable to establish a information model oriented distribution network fault diagnosis application,which can Increase convenience for system to obtain the fault information,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.The work of this paper is mainly focused on:Firstly,this paper analyses the needs of expansion of distribution network equipment asset information model,studies establishing methods and expanded principles of IEC 61970/61968 CIM in the power system,by using the Rational Rose software,this paper extends the CIM for distribution network equipment asset which includes four aspects,namely,The asset attributes model,The asset working model,the environment and safety information model and the information model oriented on-line monitoring application.The research results achieve the unification of information model of asset management platform,and laid the foundation of information for the asset lifecycle management system.Subsequently,by analyzing the defects of the existing information model related fault diagnosis,this paper establishes the topology model and the fault information model based on CIM.Then comparing the difference of the CIM model with IEC 61850 model,this paper presents the corresponding mapping strategy,which includes four aspects,namely,the device level,conduction equipment,measurement model and object identity,achieving the unification of fault information model.Finally,Aimed at the requirement of data platform,this paper designs the database based on CIM,then puts forward a new method of fault diagnosis with the extended CIM,and verifies the effectiveness of the method by an example analysis.
