College of architecture as a cultural ancient building in China,and the school is relatively,the main venue of folk education and academic."College building" refers to the establishment of the ancient academy teaching and research gathering places of learning and teaching in traditional culture and library building branch.The bear in the ancient Chinese ethos and cultural mission and higher school of modern similar.To the modern academy,has lost its direct ideological communication function,can only become the descendants to pay tribute to the guidance of the spirit symbol.In the new period of the material level has been rapid development today,the new teaching concept of continuous development,bid farewell to the spatial distribution pattern of the original single school campus,campus space form diversified development.Under the guidance of the new teaching idea,primary and secondary schools compared to traditional academy building on the space form and function organization have also been some changes that are already moving toward more open,complex and diversified development trend.But at the same time,the design and use of primary and secondary schools in the design and use of the college has inherited the same layout and functional characteristics of the college.Therefore,in the contemporary primary and middle school teaching space,space for outdoor activities,teachers,office space,especially is very important in the education of juvenile period of communication of public space development,academy building space form and space layout of the produced far-reaching influence.From the design point of view,since the development of modern architecture,the regional and traditional architecture of the heritage of the world has been a common problem faced by construction researchers around the world.Since the formation of the new educational system in our country,the design of the middle and primary schools has formed the same pattern.The revival of Chinese traditional culture,which was put forward by the general secretary,also put forward a serious problem to the regional and traditional architecture design.Academy originated in the Tang Dynasty,is one of the representatives of China's traditional building types.Therefore,how to construct College of architectural form and the contemporary primary and secondary school buildings in the design of communication system andtechnique has become the one problem we face in the cultural and educational buildings.This paper discusses the origin and history of the building space form characteristics,characteristics and changes of the combination of ancient and modern teaching behavior analysis of space requirements of modern teaching mode.Through to the domestic and foreign successful schools design case are summarized,compared and summarized.Analysis of how the public space of Contemporary Elementary and middle schools in the context of the traditional optimization design.This paper summarized and summed up the academy building space form in how to carry out the evolution and development of contemporary architecture in primary and secondary schools,how to inherit the space structure of ancient academy prototype at the planning level.Combined with their participation in a number of practical projects that academy space in the construction of the public space design in primary and secondary schools experience,aims to explore how the traditional academy building space layout,the most authentic inheritance to the Contemporary Elementary and middle school building public space and layout,transfer out of the academy building an austere atmosphere of traditional culture and beautiful and pleasant space artistic conception.
