| Distribution automation is an important means to improve power supply reliability,improve power quality,and realize safe and reliable operation of distribution network.As one of the important functions in the distribution automation system,feeder automation can quickly realize fault location,isolation and restoration of power supply in non-faulty areas.How to optimize the installation position of the distribution automation terminal to achieve the balance between the reliability and economy of the power supply of the distribution network is an important issue for the construction of the distribution network.Distribution automation equipment undertakes the task of realizing distribution automation and feeder automation functions,including outlet circuit breakers and distribution automation terminals.In this paper,the power system analysis software DIgSILENT is used to build the logic models of the outgoing circuit breaker and distribution automation terminal action signal for the self-adaptive comprehensive feeder automation in the local type.Among them,the circuit breaker model should have the functions of overcurrent opening and secondary reclosing;the distribution automation terminal model should have the functions of voltage loss opening,incoming delay closing,and X/Y time limit locking.Based on the simulation model of the outlet circuit breaker and distribution automation terminal,the primary side model of the distribution network of the example is built on the DIgSILENT software and the distribution automation equipment is configured.Use DIgSILENT software to simulate electromagnetic transient faults,and verify and test the whole process of self-adaptive integrated feeder automatic fault location,isolation and restoration of primary switch for non-faulty areas.The simulation test results verify the correctness of the action logic coordination of the feeder automation model built in this paper.Aiming at the problem of distribution automation terminal optimization layout,this paper proposes a distribution automation terminal optimization layout method that considers the whole process of feeder automation action.Firstly,the influence of different locations of distribution automation terminals on the outage time and outage area of each load node is analyzed;secondly,under the condition of considering the whole process of feeder automation action,the total load outage including fault area and non-fault area is calculated Loss cost,together with the total investment cost of distribution automation terminal,constitutes the objective function of the model.Considering factors such as the system’s average power supply availability index constraints,an optimal layout model for distribution automation terminals is established;then,based on advanced intelligent group optimization algorithms and integer-coded artificial bee colony algorithms to determine the optimal total number of distribution automation terminals,formulate the distribution The optimal configuration scheme of automation terminals is used to calculate the optimal location of distribution automation terminals.Finally,based on DIgSILENT,the whole process of feeder automation is simulated,and the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method are verified by the actual distribution network example provided by the engineering site. |
