| In recent years,China’s economic development has entered a new normal.China Railway system also has entered a stage of rapid development.Especially high-speed railway,it helps accelerate the construction of Urbanization.Meanwhile,a large number of new technologies and new equipment has been put into use,a large number of technical standards has been formulated.At right now,the comprehensive literacy of high speed railway drivers is hard to adapt to the standard of future high speed railway development.On the other hand,more and more high speed railway lines have been constructed,the problem of shortage of high speed railway drivers has been exposed.The author has taken S locomotive depot as an example,which one is a railway company taking management of railway drivers.Using talent assessment theory and some tools of sampling,Through the current status analysis and the dilemma of high speed railway drivers.The author has analyzed the cause of the problem and has studied successful human resource development cases at home and abroad.Through establishing systematic and scientific high speed railway drivers human resource development system,enhance the talents,improve the comprehensive literacy of high speed railway drivers,ensure the safety of high speed train travel. |
