As a new energy,solar energy has unlimited reserves,ubiquitous,use of clean,economic and other advantages,while of low density,intermittent and spatial distribution changing,resulting in the low conversion efficiency of light to electricity.So Automatic solar tracking device can effectively solve the low utilization rate on solar energy to promote the popularization and application of solar power generation technology.The angle of the sun from the east to the west is nearly 180 degree change.To make the solar tracking device can always follow the sunshine,this paper studies and designs solar angle dynamic tracking control system,based on the solar trajectory mathematic model.This system can detect the sun light irradiation angle and complete the solar energy dynamic tracking,to improve the solar energy utilization efficiency.The research content of this system is mainly reflected in the following points:1,The system overcomes the effects of photosensitive dispersion and different sunlight intensity,It can directly detect and control the radiation angle of the solar light through the comparison of the two different reflection,symmetric signals.2,To ensure the accuracy of the time reference of the trajectory tracking,the system uses a real-time clock chip with temperature compensated crystal oscillator.It can also be synchronized with the aid of the display settings or communication.3,The system has a compensation and correction algorithm for open loop solar tracking with the closed-loop photoelectric detection system,to eliminate the influence of the possible astronomical and geographical parameters or the deviation of the installation reference angle4,The system has smooth microstep tracking motors and a system angle synchronization mechanism.The microstep driving improve positioning accuracy and smooth movement.A zero position sensor implement angle tracking and control with very low cost.5,The system realizes the multi-mode power supply for field work situation.It can ensure that the solar tracking system equipment is reliable to operate in unattended field.In short,as a master of engineering,the author completed the design process of the solar tracking system,and made an attempt at embedded computer applications and IOT(Internet of things)applications.Finally some practical results are shown.It will lay the foundation for the practical engineering optimization and application of this system in the future.
