With China's urbanization process continues to accelerate,the proportion of building energy consumption accounts for total social energy consumption is increasing.The construction industry is still a labor-intensive and methods are relatively backward traditional industries.Especially in the production process of housing construction,high energy consumption,high pollution,low efficiency,wet operation,extensive traditional construction mode still have the universality.Construction quality is difficult to upgrade,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is imperative.The implementation of green construction is the inevitable trend in the construction industry and it is also promotes social and economic development of effective strategies.In the construction process of the construction project,the implementation effect of green construction is the key to boost the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.It is very important to evaluate the green construction level of assembled building.Firstly,based on the analysis of the related theory of assembled building,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of assembled building and green construction,the difference between the construction and green construction content.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the green construction of assembled building.Through the study and summarization of domestic and foreign literature,refer to the relevant standard standards and from the green construction management elements,resource-intensive elements,ecological and environmental factors,construction technology elements four set up a set of concise and scientific index system,the evaluation criteria of each index were comprehensively and systematically quantified.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods,theoretical research and case analysis methods to construct a green building construction evaluation index system which is in line with the current green construction requirements and content,and also it has the pertinence.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of fuzzy incompatible multi-factors of index system effectively,through comparing the commonly used evaluation methods in this paper,fuzzy matter-element evaluation model is used to evaluate synthetically,which accords with the characteristics of green construction index system of this assembly and improves the precision of the evaluation result.Finally,in order to verify the set of evaluation index system and the evaluation method is effective and practical,in this paper,the green construction level of 3#building of vanke chunheli is comprehensively evaluated.The evaluation results show that this evaluation system can measure the level of assembly building green construction accurately,reflect the green construction problems and shortcomings,better understand the factors that affect the green construction of assembled buildings and in order to better control the points to improve the level of green construction.This paper establishes a set of index system which can be applied to the evaluation of green construction level of assembled building and the feasibility of applying fuzzy matter-element method to evaluation.It provides a new idea for the evaluation of green construction level of fabricated building,and it can be used for reference in the development of green construction evaluation standard and relevant research and practical application of assembly building.
