Along with the continuous expansion of the economic scale, the successive progress of the industrialization, the escalation of people's consumption structure and the gradually acceleration of urbanization in China, the contradiction between supply and demand of resources and the environment are under increasingly pressure. Building a conservation-minded society and take the path of the cyclical economics has become an inevitable choice. In the process of building a conservation-minded society, the mission in conservation of energy, materials and resources in area of architecture become extremely important and it gives birth of the green building. In recent years, Green Building has become the hottest word in the construction industry. In this paper, around the theme of the Green Building at home and abroad and its evaluation system has been studied.In order to fulfill the sustainable development of the construction, the strategy for sustainable development must be implemented comprehensively in the construction of the entire life cycle including the phases of decision-making, design, construction, operation and maintenanceThe construction damage to the environment is the most direct and serious one. In present paper, the construction damage to the environment and resources was analyzed. Furthermore, based on the above analysis, the reasons for the pollution and the waste were discussed and the control measures that should be taken were proposed.How to objectively evaluate the contractor in the construction areas of environmental performance requires a system of objective evaluation tool. However, most of the evaluation tools are not for the construction phase. In present paper, based on a broad survey and a variety of green building evaluation systems, an evaluation system of green construction for building was proposed. Two types of TM and L evaluation criteria were determined. The weight of various factors and indicators were calculated through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The evaluation model was obtained and the green construction was evaluated and classified.In present paper, an actual project was evaluated using the proposed model and the model was proved to be practical. Green construction evaluation system provides support for the evaluation of the contractors on their environmental performance as well as being a contractor self-evaluation tool. In addition, it is beneficial for the continuous improvement and development of the construction companies. |
