| To ease the worldwide construction industry's seriously negative impacts on the environment, many countries(regions) are developing the green building evaluation system to standardize the development of construction industry.However,due to the later estabishment of chinese green building evaluation system(ESGB), ESGB still need to learn the development experience from other countries(regions).Taiwan District has established EEWH as early as 1999. Based on the similarity of cluture and standard, This paper choose EEWH as the study sample and compare ESGB and EEWH in two dimension: “evaluation indexs system”and “quantative evaluation system”.Base on the conclusion of comparative research, this paper will provide some improving suggestions to ESGB.1 Accroding to the the comparative analysis of “evaluation indexs system” dimension,This paper study on layer by layer at three levels: the principles, frameworks and details. The comparative analysis results from aboving three levels show that, compared to EEWH, ESGB pay less attention on the ecological basis.2 Accroding to the the comparative analysis of “quantitative evaluation system” dimension,This paper study on layer by layer at three levels: the principles, frameworks and details. The comparative analysis results from aboving three levels show that, the evaluation accuracy and adaptability of ESGB is poor than EEWH.Based on the conclusions of comparative analysis, this paper proposed some amendment recommendation as following: 1) Including the“biological diversity”into evaluation system of ESGB; 2) Establishing the base database as soon as possible; 3) Dividing the grading system of ESGB into four or five grades; 4) Including the “benchmark value” into quantative evaluation system of ESGB; 5) Using the“formula method”as quantative evaluation method of complex framework index; 6) Using “interval scoring method”and “formula method”as quantative evaluation method of complex terminal index. |
