With the quickly economical development and human living standards,some rivers have been subjected to different degrees of damages owing to the impact of human production activities,which creates some severe phenomenons,such as channel dysfunction,water quality reduction,environmental degradation and ecological system destruction.To solve these intractable problems,the risk management theory as a guide has been carried out as good track to explore the root causes putting off construction schedule.Moreover,the pivotal risk factors of construction project stage in Jiuyuan channel governance have been intensive studied,which can provide availably experimental data support and action guidelines with objective management policy formulation for other river regulation projects in China.This paper has been used analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation approaches for the process of project risk management of river regulation of Jiuyuan channel combining with the project risk management theory.Firstly,the paper has been distinct understood about development history of river regulation projects,which further studied the existed problems in the current river channel regulation project.Based on the content analysis and its characteristic about project risk management,this paper has also been elaborated the practical significance of implementation the river regulation project.Secondly,major risk factors have been identified through using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation approaches.Major risk estimations have been identified and evaluated the river regulation of Jiuyuan channel by adopting risk management method.At last,major potential risk factors have been identified and resolved evaluated,such as,the performance contract risk,performance concealed engineering,quality of material,personal management analysis,performance implementation phase,controlling concrete quality and construction fees.
