Research On Subcontractor Management Under Green Construction Background Of EGY Company

With the further deterioration of the earth's environment and the scarcity and shortage of a large number of energy and resources,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.In order to protect the environment and build a beautiful homeland,green construction area has increasingly become the consensus for people working in the construction industry.At present,construction industry is still in the high energy consumption industry.To advocate low-carbon environmental protection and green development has become more and more popular.It becomes a main theme of social development.At present,the green construction in the construction industry has been paid more and more attention by the national and local governments as well as the general contractor of construction.With the continuous reform of the construction market and the deepening of the construction industrialization(assembly building),the division of labor in the construction industry has been more and more subdivided.Under the current situation of construction,the general contractor of construction is difficult for to achieve green construction smoothly of their own strength.That the reason why the subcontractor in construction projects is becoming more and more important.Therefore,based on the theories of green construction theory,subcontractor management theory,green construction laws and regulations,normative standards and green construction project management,combined with the current practice of domestic construction subcontractor management,this paper further improves selection and management of the subcontractors' presupposing,screening and constructing of the evaluation index and selection.The selection and management of contractors aims to select the best green construction subcontractors that meet the requirement of the development of green construction under the background of green construction to realize environmental protection ensuring the smooth completion of green construction of construction projects and enhancing the management level of green construction subcontractors of EGY company and their competitiveness in the domestic and oversea construction market.In this paper,the subcontractor of EGY company under the background of green construction is taken as the research object.In the research process of subcontractor management of EGY company,the current situation of subcontractor management of EGY company under the background of green construction is being analyzed.In the process of subcontractor selection,the selection basis of subcontractor selection index and the presupposition of index are adopted,and "expert scoring" is applied to ensure selection index of subcontractors and how to use certain index to select qualified subcontractors of green contraction.Focusing on the problems existing in the management of green construction subcontractors in EGY company,to formulate the management scheme of green construction subcontractors in the company and to establish the evaluation system for the selection and management of subcontractor management is important.After selecting subcontractors,the organization management,scheme compilation,evaluation and incentive of performance will be carried out for subcontractors from EGY company to optimize the management scheme of green construction subcontractor.The subcontractor selection and management in MX building project of EGY company are selected for practical case application and effect analysis.Through the analysis of application results,we can see that EGY company has achieved pretty good result in the management of green construction subcontractors,and had a good effect on saving energy and "four savings and one environmental protection".The research of this paper has an important reference value for the selection,setting and application of evaluation index as well as the evaluation and incentive of performance of construction subcontractors.In the meanwhile,the research can be widely used in improving green construction capacity of contractor and subcontractor in subcontractor management.And also,the research can have a great influence on the sustainable development of construction enterprises and the protection of resources and environment.
