| In recent years,the constant emergence of business process optimization cases has enriched and developed the original theory of business process optimization.It also provides new ideas and references for us to seek business development and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,cases with high rates of project review in engineering audit have emerged gradually.The issue of how to reduce the rate of project review has also been fully explored.However,we found that there are few cases in which business process optimization methods are used in engineering audits,and gaps in cross-cutting fields require more management practices to supplement through comparative analysis of the cases.Based on the present situation,this article takes the example of DF,of which main business is communication infrastructure construction.According to the phenomenon of high company review rate,serious misallocation of resources,and high production cost,this paper,with a method of optimizing business processes,analyzes the factors that affect the rate of review and put forward the appropriate optimization programs and safeguards from five aspects to start: the company’s organizational structure,program design,visa management,acceptance of the transfer of funds and project supervision.First of all,the company’s organization structure does not match the existing business model,and especially it causes the problem of unclear attribution of liability;secondly,the information communication between employees in the original design process is incomplete and the blue print based on inadequate information also needs to be improved;thirdly,visa management has always been one of the most troublesome aspects of engineering construction companies.DF is no exception.The extensive visa management methods led to the increase in the rate of review directly.Then,the difference between engineering and financial criteria caused that some important issues are overlooked.Finally,the company’s engineering supervision does not have a complete supervision system currently.Therefore,we need to improve the current regulatory system into a multidimensional and comprehensive regulatory system.Therefore,we proposed some process optimization solutions to solve these problems.To solve the mismatching problem between the organization structure and existing business model,we change functional organization to divisional organization and optimize the division between departments.The project team has improved the ability to make better solutions and reduce the waste through the integration of location surveys,program reviews,and other links in the program design process.The timeliness and accuracy of the visa management process are directly led to reducing the rate of review and reduction through introduce the information technology into visa management.More problems can be identified in the acceptance process,and the acceptance results will be further improved,through the combination of the financial caliber and project caliber in the acceptance transfer process.Establishing a comprehensive supervision system in four dimensions of time,cost,quality,and risk is helpful to repair system vulnerabilities and ensure that project supervision is planned and targeted.After proposing a solution for business process optimization,this paper also puts forward some specific implementation steps for the optimization plan,including creating an organization atmosphere,adjusting the organization structure and division of labor,etc.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,we also have put forward specific safeguard measures of business process optimization,including human resource protection,training and education guarantee,expert consultant staff protection,etc.Finally,we make an evaluation criterion of the business process optimization plan,which will be used to evaluate the effect of optimization in future.Through researching the engineering audits of the company,whose main business is communication infrastructure,this paper proposes a set of optimization solutions with some business process optimization methods.It hopes to improve the status of the DF’s reduction rate and its internal controls,especially its internal audit situation.It is more hopefully able to fill the case base of business process optimization in the field of engineering audit,and provide reference meaning and value for other areas of engineering construction... |
