H Company Engineering Project Procurement Evaluation And Optimization Research

In recent years,the construction industry occupies an important position in the field of national production,the output value increases year by year,and the industry competition is fierce.The enterprises engaged in the construction field are mainly large and medium-sized enterprises,but the operating profit is not optimistic.The profit gap between construction enterprises is large,and the profit gap between different projects and different periods of the same enterprise is obvious.In the construction of construction projects,reducing the procurement cost is the main channel to improve the profit level.There are a large number of professional subcontracting,labor subcontracting and technical service providers in construction.These cooperative units are obtained through procurement.Management is more and more important for construction enterprises.The existing procurement management mode of construction enterprises can not adapt to the fast changing market environment,and enterprises also need to adjust or even reform.Therefore,we should strengthen the procurement management of engineering construction,and explore the effective methods of material procurement optimization.Purchasing business is the routine business of every company,but there are great differences in the management and results of purchasing.This paper will mainly study and evaluate the purchasing level of the company,and explore the decision-making measures to improve the purchasing status of the company.This paper analyzes the procurement process,procurement related systems and procurement management of H company,and finds out the problems existing in the procurement management of H company.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish an evaluation index system for the procurement of materials and services needed in the process of project promotion of H company from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives.The index system is used to systematically evaluate the procurement management and procurement results of the company,and puts forward the optimization strategies to ensure the implementation of the company's procurement evaluation index system,guarantee and enhance the company's procurement management.It is helpful for H company to improve the purchasing management and enhance the competitiveness and influence of the industry.
