"Networking and digitalization has been becoming a trend of the development for modern advanced manufacturing systems.The intelligent transformation of the production line is an economical and effective technique to realize the intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the shortage of traditional production equipment control system open,the development of difficult conditions,in order to achieve a project the parts of shaft parts as the goal,combined with the development of intelligent manufacturing requirements,using ARM open architecture controller,the ARM architecture based on pin shaft parts intelligent production line control system to carry out research and development,the main research and works are as follows:(1)Combined with an engineering machinery parts manufacturing enterprise production requirements,base on the analysis of the processing technology in axial pin parts,the whole project is suitable for axial parts intelligent production system Based on the analysis of the function requirements of the system,the upper control system of the intelligent production line is developed based on the ARM controller,and the control requirements of the digital,network and intelligent control of the production line of the axial pin parts are achieved.(2)According to the axial production line of networked manufacturing,the embedded PC hardware suitable built PC hardware system,using the Qt software development platform for the development of the host computer system,host computer and machine tools,transmission system,manipulator I/O signal and logic control and the field production process the real-time data acquisition and processing,the data collected by lower computer and production system parameters are stored in SQL Server database,planning and monitoring production of the production line,realize the automation and intelligent production system.(3)The establishment and application design of manufacturing system database.The construction of SQL database based on Server,according to the application requirements,application development and database,realized between the database and the ARM embedded platform and cross platform interaction and access processing status data,to provide technical support background digital axial intelligent production line system.(4)Human-machine interface is designed based on the Web through the establishment of the extraction and application of Tomcat server and data classification,realize the sharing of production data in the local area network,and achieve the networking and digitalization technology in the production line system of axial parts.Based on the above research,the control system was debugged using Denford test system hardware platform,verified the validity of the design and development of the control system,can provide technical support for enterprises to implement the control of axial parts intelligent production line development.The research results and application of this paper are helpful to improve the utilization rate of the traditional production line,to promote the networking and intelligent development of the manufacturing industry in our country.
