A Research On The Layout Of Primary School In Urban Fringe Area Based On Supply And Demand

Primary school is the basic link of compulsory education,and the rational distribution of primary school is the first condition for rational allocation of education resources.At present,China’s obligation education has entered a new stage to fully promote the fair and balanced development of education and fully meet the education demand of urban and rural residents.However,with the expansion of the city,the land and population distribution in the urban fringe experienced a dramatic transformation from the township to the city,and became a multi-area of supply and demand in primary schools.And with the gradually popularization of education special planning,need to take a more scientific and reasonable method to solve the urban dynamic development of the urban fringe area elementary school layout of contradictions,provide the layout of the actual operational optimization strategy.Research literature analysis,investigation,analysis and case research methods such as empirical approach,Arc GIS space method,the investigation and analysis of the needs of urban fringe area elementary school education facilities distribution and demand behavior characteristic,found the city fringe area is primary school education facilities supply,supply and demand of space is not corresponding,low accessibility,think the problem is a result of the edge of the city area elementary demand distribution,primary layout service radius and the threshold population requirements,as well as the status quo of supply relative lag,the result of joint action.Research based on distance attenuation law and scale economy theory,analyzes the urban fringe area elementary school space relationship of supply and demand,and consider reasonable distribution of primary school should both facilities of service radius and threshold population requirement,the facilities in a reasonable service within the scope of supply and demand of the spatial distribution,the density of supply and demand density corresponding to the elementary school.On this basis,the research constructs the layout model of density of supply and demand analysis as the core,and in a typical urban fringe area Weiqu of Chang’an District as an empirical case,using the model studied the case area recent primary layout,put forward the facility construction site selection,expansion,removal,adjust facilities accessibility,such as increasing supply layout optimization countermeasures.Through analysis and research,the following four conclusions:(1)The edge area of the contradiction between supply and demand of urban fringe area elementary school is the demand of the special features,supply the relative lag of form a complete set,and facilities of service radius of demands and the threshold population the result of joint action,to solve the problem need to fully consider the three factors.(2)The reasonable layout of urban fringe area elementary school education facilities,should consider service radius and the threshold population,reasonable distribution services within the scope of supply in match the demand of the spatial distribution,namely facilities supply density and residents’ demand density.(3)Build the education facility layout model of urban fringe area based on the analysis of supply and demand density.(4)It is believed that the Weiqu needs to optimize the current primary school layout in terms of facilities construction,adjustment facilities accessibility,and increase of supply quantity.
