| With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy,there is an increasing trend in school population.Schools are limited by land use,funds and other factors,resulting in overload use and the decline of space quality.Therefore,how to tap the space potential of primary school buildings while the demand for schooling surges has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the analysis of the current situation,this paper explores the reasons for the surge in school demand,and through field research,puts forward the method of tapping the space potential of primary school buildings in the surge area of school demand.Finally,through the comparative study of the peak value of school demand forecast in the typical research school district and the degree offered by the school,it provides quantitative indicators for the school building space potential tapping.It also provides the basis for the degree supply in the next few years.Primary schools in surge areas are generally recognized by educators,including parents,as having higher teaching quality.They are ahead of the general primary schools in terms of both hardware and teaching staff.They are strictly in accordance with the architectural design standards of primary and secondary schools when they are established.The average floor area and floor area of students meet or exceed the requirements of the national standards.According to the survey results,the areas where the demand for schooling has increased sharply are generally in new urban districts.Because of the late start,the small number of schools and the scarcity of community resources available around them,many behaviors need to be carried out on campus as aspace carrier.On the other hand,although schools in new districts are built late,they have complete hardware facilities,which attract a large number of students in the early stage of school construction.It has a large base of study.With the rapid progress of urbanization in the new area,the supporting facilities for public construction around the area are gradually improved.The influx of large numbers of people has led to a rapid increase in demand for schooling.Schools have not taken timely measures to deal with it,resulting in a decline in the quality of school building space environment and affecting the quality of school running.Under this background,this topic puts forward that,in the face of the current situation of insufficient space environment resources of primary school buildings in areas with surging demand for schooling,through the study of typical case schools’ construction situation,the use of school buildings and the development process of schools,it summarizes the current situation and characteristics of primary schools in areas with surging demand for schooling,and on this basis,puts forward the small areas with surging demand for schooling.Learn how to tap the potential of architectural space.Based on the investigation status of regional schools with surging demand for schooling,the author analyses the teaching space,office space and logistic service space of schools,and puts forward the excavation method of architectural space potential,aiming at improving the efficiency of using architectural space of regional primary schools with surging demand for schooling,and then improving the overall quality of architectural space environment of schools. |
