Conception Of Micro-Shared Apartments To Offer Maximum Quality In Terms Of Space And Community With Limited Land Consumption,Modeled On The Project Micro Living Bremen

With the rapid urbanization in China,the scale of urban construction sharply expands,the residents,especially in major cities,grow rapidly,and the house prices rise fast.However,young people,as the main resource of urban construction,are suffering from poor housing conditions.The problems accompanying by their housing,living and entrepreneurship gradually become the focus or concentration of social conflicts.So under the contemporary social background in China,it is worthy for us in studying the problems of housing,living and working room for young people and disadvantaged groups,which are now universal but tough.Considering the scarcity of urban land resources,real estate companies are changing and modifying continuously the housing modes to meet the needs of young people.The type of housing being smaller,younger and freer has become a main stream.However,it's not enough for chasing for simple minimization of housing.Exploring and studying practical modes of micro-living-apartments under the reasonable economic model is necessary,In this thesis,micro-living-apartments refers to a kind of housing which is not only for rent but also for sale,and is specifically offered to young groups or graduates.The main purpose is to provide a kind of ideal housing which satisfies both economic and spiritual need of contemporary young people.By studying the history of extremely small houses around the world,and concluding the development rules of such houses,the present paper discussed the transitional housing model which aims to meet the contemporary young people's behaviors and needs.It was found that the model of micro-living-apartments cannot be present as an individual unit but exist in the diverse form.Furthermore,it should be a part of modern nature environment accounting with our living condition,and supported by a reasonable operating model to survive and develop into a healthy recycling process.When building the micro-living-apartments model,other mixed functions are needed.Based on improving the living and housing situation of young people,the present dissertation makes comprehensive comparing studies on the type of micro-living-apartments,residing unit,and possibility of public space,by studying and discussing the structure pattern and working-room model of contemporary young people's housing.This research aims to explore the possibility of micro space model as housing and working room for young people,and tries to discuss and study space model of micro-living-apartments,based on the prototype of mixed function space.
