The Research On The Current Situation And The Adaptability For The Elderly Of Self-built Houses In Rural Areas Of Anhua

Nowadays,the lifestyles are changing with each passing day.It seems that the bike-sharing appears in all parts of the country overnight.All kinds of new technology products have appeared,and the high buildings are springing up like bamboo shoots after the rain.However,relative to the scene in the city,the vast rural areas are still quiet.Just like every year when I return to my hometown,I feel that my hometown is just as sweet as before,and it hasn't changed much,Although many new houses have been built,they are still in the same form as the original ones,It seems that few villagers realize that these houses,which have no scientific and technical support and professional design,are difficult to adapt to the changeable production,lifestyles and family structure,and can not provide a safe and comfortable living environment for the elderly in the vast countryside.For rural areas with low social concern,it is urgent to ponder and solve this problem.This paper takes the self-built houses in rural areas of Anhua as the research object,takes the data of field survey as the research foundation,and takes the local unique geographical,climatic conditions and economic development level as the research background,and analyzes the characteristics of production mode,lifestyle and family structure of the local residents.The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of self building from the perspective of plane function layout and the adaptability for the elderly.On this basis,the corresponding optimization design strategy,spatial layout mode and adaptive design method for the elderly are put forward.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background of the topic,the object and content,the purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research methods and the innovation points,and collating the sketch map of the paper.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of Anhua area and its rural self building,including the natural environment,human environment,economic composition,the production and life style,policy factors,and discusses and analyzes the development and change of the self-built houses since the process of reform and opening up.The third chapter mainly expounds the author's field investigation and analysis of the existing status of the building,including the construction age,scale,form,structure,decoration,functional layout,energy use and infrastructure status.The main content of the fourth and fifth chapters is the analysis of the problems.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the problems of self building itself,including the problem of location,the problem of functional layout,the problem of adaptability and the living space.The fifth chapter focuses on the analysis of the family situation and the life characteristics and needs of the elderly,and probes into aged problems and the problem of adaptive housing for the elderly.The sixth chapter mainly expounds the optimization design strategy of self-built houses and its adaptability for the elderly,puts forward the principles of security and economy,and designs four spatial layout patterns on the basis of the spatial hierarchy theory and the adaptive demand,and puts forward the design method which suitable for the elderly to live in the main living space.
