Study On RCE Analysis Model Of Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation Based On Annual Report

Nowadays,the practical research on the enterprise competitiveness has not yet formed a recognized and systematic evaluation theory and method,lack of intelligence research for individual enterprises,and most of the empirical studies are based on the analysis of the sorted data information,which can not show the complete process of competitive intelligence work.Establishing the model of enterprise competitiveness evaluation and analysis based on carrier,has important theoretical and practical significance for both competitive intelligence research and enterprises development.It can help to scientifically evaluate the competitiveness and grasp the ever-changing competitive environment,also can understand the behavior of competitors and formulate the correct development strategy.This paper analyzes the intelligence value of annual report from three aspects of resource,capability and environment through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and unifies analysis of the unified annual report according to the system model.Standardize the evaluation process of enterprise competitiveness,and finally use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate the analysis results.The analysis results are presented in a more intuitive way.The current era is changing with each passing day.Faced with stronger competitors,the pressure for survival of companies is increasing day by day.Enterprises must seek more professional and effective competitive intelligence analysis methods to carry out the enterprise competitive intelligence work.The paper breaks through the limitations of existing enterprise competitiveness evaluation,broadens the research content,and uses RCE analysis mode to integrate the content of competitive intelligence analysis into a systematic analysis framework.In this paper,we take the Midea Group in the household appliance industry as the research object,carries on the empirical research,conducts RCE analysis of its annual report,and provides relative suggestions for the Midea Group to enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness through the evaluation results,and helps the company to formulate the correct development strategy.
