“Innovation is the primary force guiding development”,the method should go ahead of the indigenous innovation,and the study of innovative approaches has been raised to a new level.Now attaching great importance to the research and application of the innovation methods,applying innovative approaches to social development and engineering practice,will improve our innovation ability greatly,and it is of great significance to build an innovation-oriented country.Railway construction in China,meanwhile,is facing unprecedented development opportunity,with the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.The rapid development of the railway calls for more and more higher requirements of technology and invitation in the construction of the railway.Traditional methods such as brainstorming,trial-and-error,and empirical methods have been difficult to effectively meet the needs of technological innovation in enterprises.Combining advanced innovation methods with the building of track constructions to explore theoretical systems that are suitable for track construction technology innovation is of great significance.Based on the theoretical tools such as patent maps and multidimensional map of technological innovation,combining EVIT(Element Vary Innovation Theory),such as innovation dimensions and innovation rules,with track engineering technology innovation,exploring and constructing a set of technological innovation approaches based on EVIT,and applying it to track engineering technology innovation.Through the analysis of track engineering technology development trend,data mining of patent documents and extraction of innovation elements,we will explore the intrinsic mechanism of technological innovation in the field of track engineering,identify technological innovation opportunities in orbital engineering,and to develop new processes,new technologies,new equipment,etc.At last,these would provide scientific and rule-based solutions for the technical innovation of track engineering,and further promote the development of track engineering technology.The main content and innovation of this article include:(1)Analysis of major innovation methods and key technologies of track engineering.The current status of research on innovation methods at home and abroad as well as the development status and key technologies of track engineering are summarized and analyzed,we pointed that the theoretical system of innovation methods is continuously developing and enriched,and at the same time the track engineering technology has achieved certain development.There is an urgent need for scientific and systematic theory to guide,but there is little research on the application of innovative methods to orbital engineering technology development,so new ideas for applying management innovations to orbital engineering technology innovations have been proposed,which would expand the scope of innovative approaches and provide strong theoretical support for the improvement of the construction technology of track engineering.(2)The construction of technological innovation path based on EVIT.Based on the theoretical research of patent maps and multidimensional space technology maps,EVIT is proposed and a technical innovation path based on EVIT is constructed.Through the retrieval and collection of patent data,the overall situation of patents is analyzed and further integrated.Using big data mining technology excavates the hidden innovation factors in patent documents and selects the core innovation elements.Then using the Yuan Yi innovation theory divide the core innovation elements into innovative dimensions,and couples them with the innovation rules,and finally identifies the technological opportunity in the proposed research field.This is a good theory to inspire researchers to develop ideas for science and technology,and provide strong support for technological development in the proposed research area.(3)The application of EVIT in orbital engineering technology innovation.Combining the path of technological innovation based on EVIT with the development of track construction technology,the overall situation of the development of track engineering is analyzed through the retrieval of patent documents in the field of track engineering,and innovative elements of the track construction field were quickly extracted through big data mining techniques such as text clustering.And with the help of algorithm tools such as association rules to identify core innovation elements,the core innovation elements are divided into dimensions,and then the multidimensional technical innovation maps clearly point out the technical opportunities in the development of track engineering technology,resulting in more technological innovation solutions.It would be good results,and with strong promotion it can provide useful reference for technological innovation in other fields.Based on a comprehensive study of domestic and international innovation method theory and construction technology of track engineering,this paper combines the EVIT and the technological innovation path based on EVIT with traditional track engineering construction from the perspective of multidisciplinary integration.It provide reference and guidance for technical personnel in the field of engineering,promote the further development and improvement of innovative methods,but also provide strong support for the continuous improvement of China's railway technology level.
