Research On Spatial Reconstruction Of Village System Led By Rural Development Level

The reconstruction of the village system is an important measure for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the construction of a new countryside.It is of important significance for achieving the great goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.With the acceleration of the process of new urbanization and rural industrialization,The rural population composition,industrial structure,settlement landscape,and production and lifestyle have undergone significant changes,showing marked differentiation trends.In addition,the traditional reconstruction of the village system pays less attention to the spatial relationship and interaction between the residential areas,and neglects the need for village function transformation and differentiation of the farmers' main body.It is no longer adapted to the needs of development under the current new situation,to explore new village system layout patterns and reconstruction paths is urgent.This article is based on relevant research theories and practices at domestic and abroad.Analyzing the current status and problems of the village system in Huan County,According to the evaluation hierarchy-regional zoning-system optimization-classification strategy research ideas.Firstly,build an evaluation system for rural development level from the three aspects of the natural geographical environment,socio-economic development level and facility construction level.Based on this,the assessment results are taken as the comprehensive development strength of the village in the region,and the spatial interaction and geographical division between the villages in Huan County are established accordingly.Then determine the reconstruction plan and content of Huan County Village System,and finally put forward the village development guidance strategy from the construction of infrastructure,public facilities and the village appearance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The distribution density of the villages in Huan County is high in the southeast and low in the southwest and northwest;the village density in the valley terraces and the Taitung area is high,and the density of the villages in the hilly areas is low and scattered.The spatial distribution pattern of villages is influenced by topography and landforms,and it manifests as five types: waterfront belt type,temporary groove type,block type,mountain palm type and free type.After diagnosis found,At present,rural population in Huan County has a large number of outflows,the emptying of villages and extensive use of land,serious industrial structure,and low quality of human settlements.(2)The level of rural development is a sign of the degree of development of rural areas in the region and is affected by the combined effects of geographical environment,socio-economic development conditions,and the level of facilities construction.The rural development level of Huan County areas from northwest to southeast shows a low-high-low gradient,showing a certain degree of continuity and agglomeration in space.(3)Use spatial interaction theory to better clarify the spatial interaction between villages,effectively guide the spatial reconstruction of village systems,and achieve effective integration of factors,functions,and structures.Based on the villagers' willingness to relocate and the geographical relationship,40 key villages were eventually established,91 villages were currently reserved,and 120 villages were relocated.Form the hierarchical structure of the village system of the town-center community(central village)-general community-the grass-roots village,and construct the spatial development pattern of "One Belt,Four Cores,Four Corridors".To form a village transportation network system supported by rural roads with the north-south to national and east-west county roads as skeletons.
