| With the vigorous development of information technology,informatization has penetrated into various links such as the flow of urban and rural factors and the reconstruction of urban and rural space in my country.Informatization transactions represented by e-commerce have penetrated into rural areas of my country,providing new opportunities for rural development.The tremendous impact of e-commerce on rural industries and space has become a major foothold in my country’s rural revitalization strategy.Secondly,many scholars pointed out that the reform of the homestead system is the key to stopping the decline of the village and the main starting point for the revitalization of the village.How to deal with the development of e-commerce industry and the issue of homestead is a question worth pondering.This paper takes Dinglou Village in Daji Town as a typical case analysis,obtains first-hand information through field surveys,geographic information data processing,interviews and questionnaire surveys,etc.,and goes into 137 farmhouses engaged in e-commerce-related industries for more detailed Research.From the perspective of the evolution of the function of village homesteads,under the background of the booming rural e-commerce,the characteristics of the evolution of the function of rural homesteads and the reconstruction of village spaces are studied.First,based on the current research results,analyze the evolution of the homestead function at the farm household scale;second,analyze the evolution of the homestead function at different locations and the nuclear density distribution of different types of homesteads at the village scale,and on this basis,in-depth study of the characteristics of the spatial reconstruction of the village;Finally,study the logical relationship between rural homestead resources,assets and capital under the action of e-commerce,and propose planning countermeasures for the activation of rural homesteads,aiming at the activation of Dinglou village homesteads and the healthy development and provision of space Theoretical basis and reference.Identify and analyze the functions of homesteads from the scale of farmers.E-commerce has enriched the functions of homesteads and emerged as "e-commerce functions",and life functions have also been strengthened accordingly.Based on the analysis of homestead functions,the construction of homestead e-commerce function identification and life function identification index system was constructed.The analysis of the homestead function of Dinglou Village found that the homestead e-commerce function of Dinglou Village continued to rise,but the growth rate declined after 2015 The function of life increases first and then decreases,reaching its peak in 2015.Based on the judgment of the evolution trend of the homestead e-commerce function and life function,the evolution trend is divided into continuous increase type,continuous decrease type,first increase and then decrease type and first decrease and then increase type,and it is found that the e-commerce function is mainly continuous increase type The main function of life is to increase first and then decrease.Analyzing the spatial layout evolution and spatial reconstruction of the homestead function from the overall village scale,it is found that the location advantage of transportation is proportional to the amount of change in homestead function,and the location advantage of transportation increases the homestead function continuously;The analysis shows that different types of homesteads show agglomeration and differentiation.As a whole,the scale of villages has shown rapid growth,and public services have become polarized;the spatial diffusion of villages has shifted from "near-distance diffusion" to "jump diffusion";village land use methods have become more complex and three-dimensional.In the context of the current policy system and the rapid development of e-commerce,analysis of the logical relationship between rural homestead resources,assets and capital found:(1)The institutional orientation of homestead power expansion creates favorable conditions for homestead capitalization;(2)E-commerce activates the use of homestead space resources;(3)China’s traditional logic of family rationality strengthens the use of homesteads as assets;(4)The natural lack of power causes homesteads to become rigid capital.Based on the above logic and the practical problems of Dinglou Village,the following planning strategies are proposed:(1)Confirmation of homestead rights,reform of property rights system;(2)Integration of wasteland,land development,unified planning of e-commerce industrial park;The level of e-commerce development and the types of homestead functions,while ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of villagers,realize the healthy flow of homestead assets;Village space quality. |
