| Intelligent Substation is an important part of smart grid,Intelligent Substation technology rapid development in recent years,the construction of Intelligent Substation across the country like a raging fire.As the smart grid and Intelligent Substation safe and stable operation of the "Guardian" relay protection system plays an important role,there are a lot of new technology,new development and the new requirements is worth discussing.Compared with the conventional substation,Intelligent Substation has undergone major changes in the way of sampling,information interaction and so on,the relay protection system has changed.This paper introduces the important equipment protection system for Intelligent Substation,substation and through detailed examples of "constitute the network architecture and the protection system of the three layer two network".For the relay protection system debbugging should be in accordance with the requirements of regulation,but also according to the specific circumstances of the key check.In this paper,a 220 kV Intelligent Substation as an example,focuses on the "test method of virtual circuit",and to meet the actual problems are analyzed.The accident in the relay protection system is inevitable and should be handled in time and effectively.From the actual situation,this paper analyzes the action situation of the protection device and the cause of the failure,and the follow-up treatment method and reflection.The development and maturity of Intelligent Substation Technology is inseparable from a large number of engineering practices.From the first substation digitization reconstruction to the present,Anyang power supply area has accumulated a lot of Intelligent Substation operation experience,but also exposed some problems of relay protection system.The paper describes the problems encountered during the work,trying to propose performance improvement scheme and provide an outlook of future of intelligent substation relay protection system. |
