With the development of China's economy,the residents living level has improved,so as to promote the development of China's real estate industry,according to the survey:because of China's population,housing demand,so China is the world's most populous country every year of housing construction,the real estate industry has become an important pillar industry development national economy.Due to the real estate project construction process affected by many factors,so the project can be completed within the project period is particularly important.The progress control of real estate projects is the urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes Shenyang Yipin Holiday project as the research object,for the preparation of project construction plan,the deviation of the progress of the project management problems in the analysis,and explores the reasons of the deviation,put forward control measures,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of Shenyang Yipin Holiday project schedule control,and using the CPM method the time is optimized.The research contents are as follows:firstly,introduced the research background and significance,the related research results at home and abroad is expounded,introduces the concept,the progress of the project management plan,schedule control principle and process principle and process,focusing on the progress of the project management technology:Gantt chart,critical path method and PDCA cycle management.Secondly,the planning of the Shenyang Yipin Holiday project,Shenyang City villa villa market background,the introduction of the Shenyang II holiday project.Again,the organization of Shenyang Yipin Holiday project are introduced,the progress of the project planning using Gantt chart method.Then,to analyze the problems existing in the progress of deviation management problem in Shenyang in the project and put forward the Shenyang Yipin Holiday project progress control measures.Finally,to evaluate the effect of schedule control of Shenyang Yipin Holiday project using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation results,on this basis,using CPM method to optimize the project schedule.The innovation of this paper lies in:the scheduling of the Shenyang Yipin Holiday project using the Gantt chart method;analysis of Shenyang Yipin Holiday project progress control factors,construct the evaluation index system of project schedule control,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of project progress;use the CPM method to the Shenyang Yipin Holiday project plan is optimized and achieved effect.This study can improve Shenyang Yipin Holiday project construction enterprise management level,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the real estate market,to provide a reference for the development of other project.
